How to Gain Weight?

Here are some methods to gain weight:
1. Eat nutritious foods that are high in calories. Examples are whole-grain breads, vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish.
2. Increase the caloric value of your meals. Add powdered milk to casseroles for added calories, add avocados and olives to sandwiches, add wheat germ to your cereal, add chopped meat to your pasta sauce, and so on.
3.Avoid skipping meals. Knowing how to gain weight involves consistent eating. Eat three meals a day and at least two snacks.
4.Increase your normal portion size. Take a second scoop of pasta, or add two bananas to your oatmeal.
5. Choose higher-calorie foods when given a choice. For example, corn is higher in calories than green beans.
6. Relax - excessive fidgeting and restlessness can burn up a lot of calories.
8.Balance your caloric intake with the number of calories you're burning. You need to be taking in more than you use up, and you may need to ease up a little on your exercise program.

I hope that this methods can help you. Happy Blogging guys..

My Daughted Vomitted

Yesterday, after eating I washed my kids and tuck my son to sleep. My daughter was with me after, watching TV and later on I didnt notice she was already asleep. I put her to lie temporarily on a tufon while I was planning to prepare her bed, then i was shocked when she suddenly vomitted on the floor. I notice that her vomit was colored papaya-like and so I asked my mother what they ate while I was at work, and she said that my sister had prepared papaya with ice for the kids and so that they did eat together. After cleaning her up and changing her clothes, I gave my daughter some milk before she rests and then she vomitted again, I was shocked, what could possibly be wrong with her?

Tips for Healthy and beautiful Skin

These skin care tips can help you how to achieve and maintain beautiful skin throughout your life:

1. DRINK MORE WATER
Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. This will help hydrate your cells and keep your complexion at its best.

2. DAYTIME MOISTURIZERS
Use daytime moisturizers, foundations or creams with UV protection. The best time to apply a moisturizer to the skin is immediately following a bath or shower.

3. MINIMIZE SUN EXPOSURE
The sun’s rays are strongest between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., especially between noon and 2 p.m. When in the sun, wear a broad-brimmed hat and sunglasses with UV protective lenses.

4. STOP SMOKING
Smoking causes premature aging and wrinkling of the face.

5. EAT YOUR VEGGIES
The saying, “You are what you eat,” is truer now than ever. Studies show that food not only nourishes the body but also has a marked impact on the skin. Skin wrinkling can be influenced by the types of foods people eat. Higher intakes of meat, dairy and sugar products create more stress and damage on our bodies but high intakes of vegetables, legumes, olives & fruit protects our skin against this damage.

6. TAKE YOUR FISH OILS
Ingestion of fish oils for three months was found to significantly increase one’s ability to tolerate the sun.

7. NOURISH YOUR SKIN FROM THE OUTSIDE IN
More evidence confirms that certain vitamin and antioxidant extracts, when applied topically, improves the health and appearance of the skin. Look for vitamins C & E, coenzyme Q10 and green tea extract, to not only improve the skin’s appearance, but also to protect the skin from precancerous spots!

As a working mother I need to be confident when I have a customer but when I got dandruff it makes me uncomfortable. I try many advice likes I use water on my hair before putting on the shampoo or just shampoo more carefully. Put in more shampoo. I just keep doing this for about a week. And I also try this treatment I wash my hair with white vinegar and rinse well before using shampoo( Anti-dandruff) . But still it doesn't work guys.:(

Pimples Experiences

What is pimples? Being a woman I don't want to had this kind of problem but last time I experience a pimple in my face and I really conscious about it. When I surf in internet this is the result: Pimples are small skin lesions or inflammations commonly arising from clogged or infected pores. Most pimple outbreaks are usually a sign of impending acne, but there are other causes as well, like bacterial folliculitis, keratosis pilaris and other skin problems. If left unattended, they can multiply and lead to severe acne. They can even leave annoying scars on your skin if they are not treated immediately. Pimples usually develop after blackheads or whiteheads become inflamed and infected.

I remember when I teenager I did also experience this kind of problem. I thoughts that age 24 is doesn't experience pimples anymore but after surfing I discover that most people affected by pimples are aged between 12 and 25 .:( Yay.

Experiencing the Dysmenorrhea again.

Yesterday I'm not feeling well because of my dysmenorrhea. It is a menstrual condition characterized by severe and frequent menstrual cramps and pain associated with menstruation. Dysmenorrhea may be classified as primary or secondary. That's why I decided that after my work I go home early because of my condition but the next shift are late. I felt more painted, after 35 minutes waiting altas my co-workmate Aries is coming. I quickly prepared my things to go home so that I can rest. While in the jeepney I felt more painful because of the loud music of their sound system. After an hour travel finally I get home. But unluckily the weather is bad, the rain is start falling. Even if I walked faster still I get wet. I came home with wet dress and fell exhausted. Because of what happen I got sick last night maybe because of my dysmenorrhea and also I got wet from the rain.

My Baby Choking

Last night while watching tv with my daughter in our room, she grabbed my ring that I was wearing. I gave it to her because she really wanted the ring. We both laid down on the bed while watching tv. She played with the ring while laying down beside me. I didn't know that she put the ring in her mouth. I was too busy watching TV that I didn't even noticed that she was choking on the ring. Good thing I saw her gagging and immediately got the ring from her mouth. I was really thankful that I was able to get the ring and she is all right. I felt so nervous thinking about what if I didn't see her choking and it was too late. I'm so scared to even think of that happening.

Being a Mother

My mother and my aunt are sisters that's why they decided to spend time together. They go to market to buy foods for our dinner. I and my cousins Analyn since we had already kids while busy talking we also watching our kids playing outside. My cousins is now 6 months pregnant to her second baby that's why she really hard to move because of her big tummy heheheh:) I notice that her tummy is smaller than to her first baby that's why I ask her “she said that maybe because I didn't drink a softdrink or any drinks that can cause big tummy and eat nutritious food. I also did a daily exercise because my doctor's advisable”. She really want to have another baby girl. And I hoping also that someday I can have a cute niece like my beautiful daughter.

10 Items Every Pregnant Woman Needs During Her Pregnancy

1. A good pair of slippers. You might want to either get the stretchy multiple-size type or buy them half a size larger. Your feet will swell. Your current favorite sneakers will become uncomfortable and rub. Get slippers to live in while at home.

2.
A support bra. Actually you'll need more than one as the pregnancy progresses and your breasts enlarge. But it beats squeezing them into something smaller. And forget about the underwire. You'll end up ripping it out.

3.
Massage oil. While your partner may like this idea, thinking it's for him, this is for your benefit. Your back will ache in the last trimester. Sleep will be fleeting at times. The massage oil helps ease those aching lower back muscles and relaxes you. Best immediately before going to sleep. K-Y makes a wonderful massage oil.

4.
An appointment book or small calender. Doctors and nurses affectionately call it "placenta brain". You will become scatter brained and forgetful. It's a right of passage for the pregnant women. It's okay; don't fret. Just be prepared by writing down all appointments, lunch dates, birthdays, test dates, etc. You might find it handy to also write in when all major bills are due....

5.
Underwear. You can either splurge for the maternity underwear, or just buy a size or two larger -- as your belly grows. Wear them the first few days after a vaginal birth and then chuck them. You'll end up ruining a pair or two anyway and it sure beats the one-size-fits-all that the hospital provides.

6.
Panty Liners. In the third trimester, when baby's head is pushing on your bladder, you'll appreciate these. Wear one every day. Besides the bladder leakage, pregnancy comes with all other sorts of wonderful yucky discharges. Be prepared.

7. Belly or Maternity band. You've seen them. They come under brand names such as BellaBand. They're stretchy lycra-like fabric tubes that slide over your belly. While they aren't designed to give support, they do offer some. But they're also great for getting a bit longer out of your jeans -- leave them unbuttoned with the band over -- or for using those maternity pants early. My daughter currently has one around her Teddy Bear -- it's holding the stuffing in so there's potential for other uses.

8.
Foot Lotion. For those days when your feet just ache or after you've had to shove them into shoes that are getting cramped.

9 & 10.
A fan and a sweater. No matter what, you'll be hot when everyone else is cold and shivering while they sweat. Get a little fan for yourself for those hot moments and keep a sweater or sweat shirt with you (at work or in the car) for those freezing moments. Your natural thermometer will be a bit out of whack due to those extra hormone levels running rampant through your system.

When I am pregnant on my first baby I didn't know that I'm pregnant until my baby on my womb is already 4 months old because I'm continuing the monthly menstruation. But after 4 months I notice that those fast few months my menstruation is very little blood comes out that's why I fell nervous of what the possible happen. I took a pregnancy test then “ BOOM” positive result. I felt so nervous on that time because this is my first time that I get pregnant then I'm still young at that time. My mother didn't know yet and I don't know how to tell her. After few days my mother notice it already because she already know the symptoms for being pregnant. Now, I'm happy to have a wonderful kids in my life.

I had abortion

When my son was 1 year old and 9 months, I missed my period. I thought that I'm just delayed but when I take a pregnancy test, the result was positive. We were not planning to have another baby because of the crisis nowadays but I accidentally got pregnant. I stopped using contraceptive because of the side effects on my health. After I learned that I was pregnant, I tried to abort my baby. Yes, I tried it! I drank 3 tablets and drink softdrink every morning without eating. My mother didn't know this because I know that she will not agree with this kind of action since it is considered a sin. When I was about 1 month pregnant, I decided to stop trying to abort my baby. Maybe God gave this baby because he wants our family relationship to be stronger. When I took my first prenatal exam with the same midwife, I told to her about the abortion. She said that the ways I tried to abort was not harmful and she gave me vitamins for my baby. Even though my midwife said that it will not affect my baby, I’m still not convinced. I took my vitamins and ate nutritious food to ensure my baby will be healthy. This is a great lesson that I had learn, hoping that my baby will be a healthy child. :)
